宋作文曾向刘铁男行贿754万元
公开资料显示，67岁的宋作文，现任南山集团有限公司董事长。南山集团位于烟台龙口市，覆盖铝业、纺织、旅游、航空等多项业务，总资产超过500亿元。其中，南山铝业系上市公司。
2010年，宋作文家族被山东当地媒体评为“山东首富”。今年9月23日发布的2014年胡润百富榜中，宋作文家族以145亿元身家，位列83位，居山东第4。
一天后的9月24日，廊坊市中院公开审理了原发改委副主任刘铁男一案。庭审中，刘铁男主动交代，曾收受宋作文的款项754万元。
其中，2002年上半年，刘铁男为南山集团新型铝合金项目通过国家计委备案提供帮助，分两次收受宋作文给予的人民币4万元。
2005年，刘铁男再次接受宋作文请托，以向中国铝业时任副总裁罗建川打招呼的方式，为南山方面与中铝下属的山东铝业签订3万吨氧化铝供销合同提供帮助。
庭审称，宋作文将供销差价中的750万元，汇入了刘铁男之子刘德成控制的公司账户。
